2010 United Electric Board Elections

As was announced in the December and January editions of Penn Lines, any member residing in Districts 1 & 7 where eligible to run for election to the Board of Directors from those districts.

 In accordance with the Cooperative By-Laws, any interested parties had until the last business day of January  2010 to submit a petition to have there name placed in the ballot as a candidate for either District 1 or 7. Having received no petitions for placement on the ballot by specified filling date, the current directors in the respective districts are without opposition and will be automatically reelected to represent Districts 1 & 7 without the need for balloting. The formal conformation of these results will be announced by the Judge of Elections at the Annual Meeting Wednesday May 26, 2010 - 7:00 PM at the Brady Township Community Center in Luthersburg.
