United Electric's policies and procedures are determined by an elected seven member Board of Directors.  As a United Electric Member, you elect a director from your district.  The directors are members, not employees, of the Cooperative.  They are responsible for setting policy, overseeing the Cooperative and hiring the President and CEO to manage day to day operations.
