Annual
Meeting
The Annual Meeting of the Membership is held each year at
a location within a county served by the Cooperative and selected by the Board
of Directors. This is a chance for you to learn about the co-op's business,
to voice your views and to elect directors to represent you on the Board.
The Annual Meeting of members of United Electric Cooperative, Inc. was
held this year at the Brady Township Community Center, Luthersburg,
Pennsylvania on Wednesday, May 26th, 2010. The following
matters were acted upon: Reports of the Directors and Officers;
declaration of Board Director Election in Districts 1 & 7: and all other
business of the cooperative.
Brenda Swartzlander, President and CEO of United Electric, introduced the
Co-op Connection Card Program to the members in attendance. This is a
discount card that lets members save at local and national chains on the
things you buy every day. She informed those present that all members
would be receiving their Co-op Connections Card with the June electric
bill.

The 2011 Annual Meeting has been set by the Board of Directors for May 25th,
